John Alberici is Chairman of the Board for Alberici Corporation. His responsibility is to ensure the long-term viability of all Alberici enterprises and to increase the company's value for shareholders, employees, clients and other stakeholders.

A Life Director of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), John is past chairman and an active member of the AGC's Surety and Risk Management Committees. He has served on Strategic Planning Task Groups at the local and national level of the AGC and he is past president of the AGC of St. Louis. He is also Past Chairman of the Vermont Captive Insurance Association.

Greg Kozicz is Chief Executive Officer and President of Alberici Corporation, as well as President of Alberici Constructors, Inc. As CEO of Alberici Corporation, his primary responsibilities include maximizing shareholder return, leading corporate strategy and maintaining communication with employees, clients and organizations critical to the success of the corporation. Greg is also responsible for Alberici's operating companies in Canada and Mexico. Greg joined Alberici in 2001 and served as President of Alberici Constructors, Ltd., which specializes in industrial and institutional construction in Canada. He was named President of Alberici Corporation in September 2005 and brings more than 20 years of experience in construction and project development to his position.

Prior to joining Alberici, Greg spent eight years in senior level positions at Aecon Group Inc., a publicly traded company that specializes in construction, manufacturing and environmental operations. Prior to his career in the construction industry, Greg served as a Canadian diplomat and as Chief of Staff to Canada's Science Minister.

Greg holds a B.A. in Economics and History from the University of Ottawa in Canada. He earned an M.A. in Law and Diplomacy and a Ph.D. in International Relations from The Fletcher School, which is jointly administered by Tufts and Harvard University.

As Chief Operating Officer, LeRoy Stromberg has corporate responsibility for safety, labor relations and workforce issues while providing oversight of Alberici’s Heavy Industrial, Water, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Automotive and Mining Markets. LeRoy received his bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University and has more than 30 years of construction industry experience with Alberici.

LeRoy serves on multiple committees for the Associated General Contractors of America, including the Marine Contractors, Corps of Engineers and International Construction committees.

Mike Burke is an Executive Vice President and is responsible for Alberici's steel fabrication subsidiary, Hillsdale Fabricators in addition to two water-waste water subsidiaries WWPS, LLC (Atlanta, GA) and CAS Constructors, LLC (Topeka, KS).  Mike graduated from the University of Missouri-Rolla, where he received both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering. Mike has been with Alberici since 1996.

Craig Fesler is an Executive Vice President and is responsible for Alberici's Energy Market and Canadian Subsidiary Alberici Western Constructors, Ltd (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan). He received a B.A. in Mathematics from Saint Louis University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University. Craig joined Alberici in 1996.

Mark Okroy is Vice President and Market Leader for Alberici's Automotive division and is responsible for the company's OEM, tier one supplier and tooling projects. He is also General Manager of Alberici's Great Lakes office in Livonia, a suburb of Detroit. Mark joined Alberici in 1994 and has executed projects for domestic and international carmakers in North America and abroad.

Don Oberlies is the Market Leader for Alberici's Manufacturing, Alternative Energy and Food & Beverage divisions. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana. Don brings more than 25 years of experience in the design and construction of a variety of food processing plants, research facilities and biofuel projects. In addition to being a registered Professional Engineer, he is also a member of Pi Tau Sigma Honorary Mechanical Engineering Fraternity.

Dave Calcaterra is a Vice President of Alberici Constructors, Inc., and has worked for Alberici since 1983. He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Dave's management experience includes the Seabrook Gate Complex in New Orleans, Louisiana, and the Holcim cement plant in Bloomsdale, Missouri. He has also worked on a number of significant automotive, industrial and general building projects throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Joe Turner, Vice President of Operations, has worked for Alberici for more than 40 years. He has managed some of the company’s largest projects in various markets. Joe's project leadership experience includes the MOX Fuel Fabrication Facility in Aiken, South Carolina, and the Platte West Water Treatment Plant in Omaha, Nebraska.

Ron Wiese is Vice President of Estimating and oversees estimating, bidding and procurement. He serves on the Estimating Committee of the Associated General Contractors of America. Ron also sits on the Board of Directors of the local chapter of the St. Louis Minority Supplier Development Council as well as the Board of Directors of the St. Louis Union Construction Center, a minority and women business incubator program. In addition to being an adjunct faculty for the Civil Engineering department at St. Louis Community College, Ron helped establish and implement Alberici University. He joined Alberici in 1988.

Dave Kress is a Vice President.  He supports operations and business development activities for water projects throughout North America. Matt Grieshaber is Vice President and General Manager of Kienlen Constructors, a subsidiary of Alberici Constructors specializing in self-perform work. In addition to his responsibilities for Kienlen Constructors, he also manages Alberici's Equipment/Warehouse/Maintenance department. Matt earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri.

Daniel Baima is Director and General Manager of Alberici Construcciones S. A. de C.V. He oversees all operations, estimating, business development, safety and general administration for Alberici's projects in Mexico. Daniel graduated from the Universidad Catolica de Cordoba with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. In 1996, he earned an M.E. in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Daniel is a registered Professional Engineer.

Dave is President of Alberici's Canadian enterprise, Alberici Constructors, Ltd. and is responsible for the management and operations of the Burlington, Ontario-based company. Jim Frey is Senior Vice President of Administration and the Contract Review Officer for Alberici. He is responsible for contract administration for both owner contracts and subcontracts. Jim earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla in 1974. He also completed the Executive Program for Growing Companies from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Jim has participated on various boards and committees of organizations such as the Design-Build Institute of America, Fontbonne University and the Associated General Contractors of St. Louis. He joined Alberici in 1996.

Denay Davis is Alberici’s Vice President of Employee Services. She oversees human resource functions including benefits, compensation, compliance, diversity, organizational development and recruiting. Denay is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and earned a B.A. in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, where she currently teaches a Society for Human Resource Management certification preparatory course. Denay has been with Alberici since 2001.

As Alberici’s Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Trevor Ladner oversees all legal functions within the company. His responsibilities include overseeing the contract risk management program and supervising the work of external legal counsel and expert consultants. He also serves as Chief Compliance Officer, managing Alberici's ethics and compliance program.

Trevor received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia. He is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Law Society of Upper Canada, the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel. Trevor joined Alberici in 2005.

Thomas Taylor is Vice President and General Manager of Vertegy, a sustainable consulting firm within Alberici Corporation. He is a fourth-generation construction professional and has served at Alberici for more than 25 years. He has managed the LEED certification process on numerous projects, including Alberici’s LEED Platinum headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri.

Thomas earned a B.S. in Business Management from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, with a minor in Construction Management. He is author of the book, Guide to LEED 2009 Estimating and Preconstruction Strategies. Thomas has served on and chaired various committees for both the local St. Louis and the National Associated General Contractors of America. He is a member of the St. Louis Regional Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and a LEED Accredited Professional.
