After an offer and acceptance of employment with Alberici Constructors each new Project Engineer, Estimator I and Safety Coordinator will go through about a 10 month training program where they will get to spend time with key individuals and departments in the company to not only gain a better understanding of their responsibilities and how each person plays into the company as an individual but to also gain a better understanding of the culture.
