David Gough, vice president of Alberici Healthcare Constructors, has added three new employees to his Operations staff. Scott Menkes has been appointed project director, Phillip Lee and Bill Brown will both serve as project engineers.

Scott Menkes brings more than 20 years of healthcare construction experience to his new position. Prior to joining Alberici he was the Western Regional Manager for
HBE Corporation, a national design-build healthcare and financial institution constructor. Menkes managed multiple hospital projects simultaneously for HBE and is skilled at coordinating design with hospital function in difficult healthcare facility remodels. Menkes is a 1981 graduate of the University of Wisconsin and has a bachelor’s degree in construction technology.
Phillip Lee joins Alberici with five years experience in commercial construction, including healthcare and general commercial building. Previously, Lee worked for
DPR Construction, Inc., in Sacramento, CA, and was the project engineer for several major hospital projects. He graduated from California State University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
William Brown is a civil engineer with 5-years of construction-related experience. Most recently he managed projects for Aviation Constructors, Inc., in Houston, TX. Three years prior, he was a project engineer for HBE Corporation where he managed community hospital projects. Brown is a 1999 graduate of the University of Missouri-Rolla where he earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
