Alberici Named Safest Contractor in “Heavy Construction”

St. Louis, MO (May 27, 2005) Alberici Constructors was recently awarded the national AGC/Willis 2003 and 2004 Construction Safety Excellence Award in the “Heavy Construction, Over One Million Work Hours” category. Award recipients are chosen for their commitment and approach to safety and health issues, as well as statistical results measured throughout the year.

This year’s finalists for the AGC/Willis Construction Safety Excellence Awards had to achieve zero work site fatalities and zero multi-catastrophic injuries. In addition, finalists were required to make a presentation of their safety program to an independent panel of judges consisting of owner representatives and insurance brokers.
