TNANG 164th Airlift Wing C-5 Hangar
New hangar facility for the 164th Airlift Wing of the Tennessee Air National Guard (TNANG) in Memphis. The project is part of a $200 million base relocation needed by the Guard to support the change in its mission from the C-141 Starlifter aerial refueling aircraft to the C-5 Galaxy Cargo aircraft.
The C-5 hangar Project consists of three hangars. The Corrosion Control Hangar and the Fuel Cell Hangar are in a common structure. The Maintenance Hangar and Shops are in a second structure.
