The Fountains of Ellisville
The Fountains of Ellisville is a $14.5M, three wing, three-story, 160-room independent living facility located in West St. Louis County, Missouri. Situated on a 4-acre site on Clayton Road just east of Clarkson Road, the project gets its name from the fountains located within the project’s courtyard and entrance.
The HUD financed project is a collaborative effort of:
- NOVUS Development
- First Capitol Group
- The Lawrence Group
- Alberici Constructors
Alberici worked closely with the owners and design team during an extensive preconstruction phase. In addition to serving as the project’s construction manager, Alberici has self-performed the foundations for the project which were completed at the beginning of August.
The project’s structural system is wood construction with prefabricated wooden roof trusses. The exterior skin is a combination of brick and EFIS and siding. Each unit consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette area. Site amenities include a beauty parlor, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and laundry facilities.
