Alberici has a long history in the healthcare construction market, completing our first replacement hospital in 1965. Drawing on this experience, we build projects ranging from small renovations to large new hospitals. We also construct medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers and clinics. Our clients include major hospital systems as well as smaller community and critical access hospitals. Alberici’s healthcare group provides a variety of services, including master planning, preconstruction and construction under multiple delivery methods. We also have experience in lean construction, and can bring this expertise to any project.

Alberici’s healthcare professionals know the unique requirements of healthcare construction. Many of our key personnel hold certifications from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).
