Heavy Industrial Construction
Alberici has decades of experience constructing heavy industrial facilities across a broad range of specialized market segments. We provide integrated construction solutions for several of the world’s leading industrial, mineral processing, and oil & gas production companies. Our experience ranges from emergency repairs to new plant construction.
We understand the complexities and challenges presented by heavy industrial projects, including high tech process equipment, aggressive production schedules, unique regulatory and safety standards, and challenging site conditions. Drawing on our experience and ability as a self-performing contractor, Alberici provides creative solutions to control costs and minimize plant downtime.
Utilizing our extensive craft workforce and equipment fleet, we self-perform major project components, including steel/platework fabrication and erection, equipment installation, mechanical piping, concrete placement, and heavy rigging. Our 10-acre port facility on the Mississippi River allows for barge shipping, modularization, staging and prefabrication of critical components.
We remain flexible in our delivery methods to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients. In addition to more traditional design-bid-build, Alberici frequently teams with leading engineering firms to deliver projects using alternative delivery models such as construction management-at-risk, design-build and engineer-procure-construct (EPC).
Regardless of delivery method, Alberici is committed to working closely with our clients to achieve budget and schedule objectives while maintaining our high standards for safety and quality.
